At Shorts Photography we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future. We will not pass any of your details to any other company. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

address
telephone numbers
email address
products purchased
We will never ask for any sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any details that are inaccurate you can email us and we will correct them promptly.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your computer. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information stored in the cookie is only used to identify you prior to registration on the site.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the www.shortsphotography.co.uk website. The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
Payment Method
On the order you must provide us with your exact address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled.
Delivery
Standard delivery of prints is via Royal Mail within five working days within the UK only. Photographs delivered via electronic means is within 24 hours. Urgent orders will be dealt with earlier if we are informed, on order, of any urgency.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Failure by the Customer to pay for any delivery when due shall entitle us to withhold further deliveries and the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Supplier relating to such Goods which the Supplier is then entitled to withhold.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer's address and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Time Limitations for Notification of claims
Incorrect Goods
It is the Customers responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. Should there be any extenuating circumstances that have prohibited the Customer to remain within the specified time frame, resolution will be by mutual decision.
Refunds
If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following,
All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order.
When a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification.
A refund will usually reach your Pay pal account within 4 working days after it being processed, please allow up to 10 working days for your Pay pal account to be credited. We do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.
Liability
Except as may be implied by law and except in the case of death or personal injury where the Customer is dealing as a consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us the remedies to you shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
Force Majeure
We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.
No Waiver
Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.
Severability
In the event that any or any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Condition shall be construed in accordance with English Law.
